Raise your hand if you or your loved one has mozzie-honey-blood! I get eaten alive by them. While my wonderful hubby sitting right next to me says “shame, babe”, without a single bite. And then the mozzie bites keep on itching like crazy for days!
Bite Balm
My Bite Balm is literally a product developed out of desperation. It is SUCH a relief to be able to stop the itching, with all natural ingredients!
Because no matter how I try to protect myself, the mozzies find me.
What’s In It?
Shea butter, cold pressed oils {coconut, grapeseed, jojoba}, botanicals {calendula, lemon balm, yarrow, comfrey, thyme}, beeswax, aloe vera, bentonite clay, Himalayan salt, baking soda, zinc oxide, essential oils {peppermint, lavender, chamomile, lemon, tea tree}, natural preservative.
Bugaway Spray
I’ve also developed the Bugaway spray as a completely natural alternative to spraying poison all over your body.
It does require more frequent application than, say, Tabbard – but since it actually smells nice and isn’t harmful to my skin (or my loved ones or pets trying to breathe around me), I don’t mind a bit!
The bottle sits next to me in the evening, and every so often I just spray it all around me like I’m doing an aura cleanse haha! And yes, it works!
What’s In It?
water, botanical extracts {tea tree, lemongrass, rosemary, soy}, grain alcohol, essential oils {citronella, lemongrass, tea tree, lavender, eucalyptus}, natural solubilizer, natural preservative
These two essential products in our Apothecary range are my hand-in-hand summer survival must-haves. If you have mozzie-honey-blood, and hate having to use poison on your body and in the air you breathe – give these a try!
